With N2Fitness Online Personal Training, I liked that Nancy could see my exercise and food journal every day, give me direction, and provide accountability. The Nutrition Plan was easy to follow and I loved having a shopping list! The videos made it easy to work out without a trainer next to you. I feel like Nancy really understood my goals, and the solutions she offered were appropriate for my challenges. There was a lot of communication between us at all times.
